The Girl with the Broken Smile 

She easily makes you laugh,
makes you feel comfortable…
cracks jokes when the boredom in your face is noticeable
yet after she puts a smile on your face
you’ll just thank and leave her in a bliss.

She can sit with you in a fine dine
or simply lay down on the grass and watch the clouds
she mostly won’t demand anything
from her, you won’t hear any complain.

She tells you stories that she knows would only interest you
and hides all the pains she would only cry to herself at night
She will give you a kiss, a hug you always wanted
Yet she never gets the love.. all her life she waited

She makes you laugh, she makes you high
yet in her eyes are hidden sorrow of loneliness
You never even notice the broken smile in her face
All she wishes is that in your heart, she has a place.
